The Government of Yukon is updating its Prequalified List for Consultant Services for Building Development through its Property Management Division (PMD): - Opportunity is the fifth intake for prequalification, open to both new and existing suppliers - Covers a broad range of consulting services: - Administrative, architectural, engineering, geotechnical, hazardous materials, legal, planning, and information technology services - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in this solicitation - Applies territory-wide, including multiple traditional territories across Yukon - Some areas of expertise previously included have been removed from the scope for this intake - Suppliers can apply to add new areas of expertise, update company details, or submit changes - Prequalification list will be valid for 6 months

Description

This solicitation is for the fifth intake of the Property Management Division's Prequalified List for Consultant Services related to Building Development. The list will be used for second stage procurement of individual projects requiring consultant services in various areas of expertise. Suppliers already prequalified may apply for additional areas, update company details, or submit changes to their original submission. Several areas of expertise previously included have been removed as they are not anticipated to be required for the remaining term of the list. The opportunity is territory-wide and includes multiple traditional territories.
