Description

The Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) is seeking a contractor to provide repair, overhaul, and replacement services for wheel and tire assemblies for two (2) P-3 aircraft.To minimize aircraft downtime during critical missions, AOC maintains a spare inventory of approximately eight (8) main and six (6) nose wheel/tire assemblies. Equipment Specialists perform on-site replacements based on inspection results. This requirement ensures that removed components are refurbished as quickly as possible to replenish our spare inventory.The contractor must comply with all applicable maintenance manuals, manufacturer specifications, and NAVAIR requirements.
