Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified small business concerns to provide support services for a Turtle Confiscation and Repatriation Workshop. The Government is seeking information from interested vendors capable of meeting the requirements described below.BackgroundThe Government requires contractor support to plan, coordinate, and/or conduct a workshop focused on turtle confiscation, repatriation, wildlife trafficking enforcement, animal handling and transport considerations, and related conservation and law enforcement topics.Scope of ServicesThe anticipated requirement may include, but is not limited to:Workshop planning and coordination; subject matter expertise related to turtle confiscation and repatriation; development of training materials and workshop content; coordination with federal, state, tribal, international, academic, and/or non-governmental stakeholders; logistical support for workshop execution; facilitation of presentations, exercises, and discussions; preparation of post-workshop reports or summaries.The Government anticipates a performance period of approximately 09/01/2026 - 12/31/2027North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Proposed NAICS Code: 611430 ¿ Professional and Management Development TrainingSize Standard: $15 millionVendor Response RequirementsInterested firms shall provide the following information:1. A brief capability statement describing the firm's ability to perform the required services.4.
