Description

DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) is in the acquisition planning phase for anticipated follow-on contracts for firm fixed price multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that will be utilized by DCSO-P New Cumberland to issue task orders for up to 60-month leases of multi-functional devices (MFDs). DCSO is contemplating including the Option to Purchase devices which may unilaterally be exercised at the task order level by the Government at any point during a task order’s up to 60-month period of performance. DCSO is seeking information from Industry relating to including option to purchase leased devices in the anticipated IDIQ contracts. Please see attached Request for Information number: SP7000-26-RFI-1018 for information being requested. Industry questions relating to the RFI are due by July 7, 2026. Responses to the RFI are due by July 14, 2026.
