The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes for Cisco hardware and subscription maintenance to support its IT infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT), DOA/ASB - OEM Highlight: - Cisco is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all hardware and software products. - Vendors: - Only authorized Cisco resellers or OEM-certified partners are eligible to bid. - Products and Quantities: - Cisco C9500 DNA Advantage hardware and maintenance (up to 50 units, part number: CON-NCDTC9504YA4) - Cisco Duo Federal Advantage Edition Subscription (400 units, part number: DUO-ADV-FED) - Cisco Duo Federal Subscription (multiple entries, part number: DUO-FED-SUB) - Cisco Catalyst 9300 subscription maintenance (76 units, part number: CON-NCDT-C930210K) - Cisco Identity Service Engine Advantage Subscription (50 units, part number: ISE-A-LIC) - Cisco Duo Access Edition for Federal (10 units, part number: DUO-ACCESS-FED) - Cisco Identity Service Engine Subscription (1 unit, part number: ISE-SEC-SUB) - Basic Support for Identity Service Engine and Cisco Duo (various, part numbers: SVS-ISE-SUP-B, SVS-DUO-FED-SUP-B) - Notable Requirements: - All products and services must be Cisco-branded and sourced through authorized channels. - Vendors must provide a letter of authorization from Cisco. - Pre-award Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) information is required. - Warranty and support terms must be included. - All items are for a 12-month term, with specific start and end dates for each line item. - Scope: - The procurement covers both hardware maintenance and software subscription services for federal use, including security and identity management solutions.

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ CORHQ-26-Q- 0251 for CISCO hardware and subscription maintenance. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.  

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)

Questions are due by 10:00AM EST on June 15, 2026. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on July 1, 2026.
