The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy, is soliciting quotes from small businesses for the manufacture and delivery of custom machined stainless steel 316/316L parts. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense - Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) - Products Requested: - 22 distinct custom machined stainless steel 316/316L parts - Includes plates and spars (e.g., AFT PLATE, FORWARD PLATE STARBOARD/PORT, MIDDLE PLATE STARBOARD/PORT, SPAR 1-8 STARBOARD/PORT) - Each part has a unique part number (e.g., 0A39CF0, 0A39CF1, etc.) - Quantity: 1 each per part (total 22 parts) - All parts require CNC machining, precision tolerance of .005 (0.13mm), and formal inspection with dimensional reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items must be manufactured from stainless steel 316/316L - ITAR/EAR registration and JCP certification required - CMMC Level 1 certification required prior to award - Delivery required within 45 days after contract award - Invoicing through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Award based on best value (price, delivery, quality, past performance) - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified; this is a custom manufacturing requirement - No services are requested beyond manufacturing and inspection

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Custom Machined Parts.

 Please submit your quote on company letterhead as a PDF to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered.

Your quote should include the following information:

Unit Price: For the specified Custom Machined Parts Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs. CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is Level 1 –this must be completed prior to Award. WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All invoices are NET30 and submitted through WAWF.
