Description

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities proposes to increase the square footage of advertising concession ADA-90780 at Fairbanks International Airport. The amendment includes adding three new second floor advertising spaces totaling 299 square feet to the existing leased premises. The lease term is an initial seven years with six option years, beginning April 1, 2016 and ending March 31, 2029. This lease extension is filed under AS 02.15.090(c) allowing the department to grant the extension without competition.
