Description
The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the Access Health Plan and State Maintenance Health Plan under the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Public Employer Group Health Insurance Programs for State and Local government employees and retirees starting with the 2028 Program Year. The contract term is from the date of execution through December 31, 2030, with possible renewals for two additional two-year periods through December 31, 2034. The Department will assist with implementation, transition, and participant communication before services begin for the 2028 plan year. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
