Description

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) invites eligible applicants to administer the Placement and Coordination (PC) program. The program aims to diversify providers of PC services by awarding organizations not currently implementing the Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR). PC providers will administer services including PIR and Intensive Case Management (ICM) through local service providers, involving refugee case profile reviews, outreach, case placement, and post-arrival support. Services include airport pickup, housing, benefits applications, cultural orientation, and case management for individuals with significant vulnerabilities.
