The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking a Program Operator to manage the Weatherization Deferral Program. This program addresses health and safety issues such as mold and asbestos that prevent the completion of residential weatherization and energy efficiency measures under the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The operator will administer the Deferral Program in up to two geographies as part of a Weatherization Deferral Pilot, working with WAP Local Service Providers.
