Description

This is a Request for Proposal for engineering design services for the CSAH 23 (Marshall St NE) Phase 2 Reconstruction Project. The project is located in the City of Minneapolis along County State Aid Highway 23 between Lowry Ave NE (CSAH 153) and St. Anthony Parkway. The County, in partnership with the City, seeks to replace aging infrastructure and implement complete and green street design strategies to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for all modes, ages, and abilities along the corridor. The selection process is qualifications-based, and proposers are instructed not to include cost in their proposals as the project cost will be negotiated with the highest ranked proposer.
