The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) is soliciting proposals for the Level II In-Home Monitoring Program, Shelter Care, and Intensive Monitoring Program. These services are tentatively scheduled to be provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Applicants may apply for one or more of the programs, and the Department encourages new vendors, including joint ventures and innovative partnerships. Existing agencies must reapply for the 2027 contract.
