Description

This project involves demolishing an existing below-grade lift station dry well and constructing a new below-grade integral valve vault submersible lift station on top of the existing lift station wet well. The scope includes demolition of the existing steel dry well structure, piping, valves, electrical and controls, installation of bypass pumping, and construction of a new precast concrete integral valve vault lift station structure. Additional work includes pumping equipment, force main piping, electrical and controls, lawn and landscaping restoration, asphalt driveway, sidewalk, and curb restoration.
