Description
This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation (competitive acquisition) for Telecommunication Services on a non-personal services basis at Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi (MS). The acquisition will be Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 51711, and the size standard is 1,500 employees.
The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted on https://www.SAM.gov on or about 25 Jun 2026. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from https://www.SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for quotes.
Any interested party may submit a quote which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.SAM.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
