Baruch College of the City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a qualified vendor to design and deliver an international study tour for its Zicklin School of Business Executive MBA and MS programs. - Government Buyer: - City University of New York (CUNY), Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business - Program Scope: - 8-10 day international study tour for approximately 30 students and 4 faculty/administrators - Primary destinations: Marrakesh, Morocco and Lisbon, Portugal - Alternate domestic itinerary: San Francisco and Silicon Valley, California (if international travel is not feasible) - Vendor Responsibilities: - Develop robust academic programming, including business seminars, lectures, and company/cultural site visits - Arrange all logistics: single-occupancy 4- or 5-star hotel accommodations, most meals, local ground transportation, guides, admissions, and travel between Marrakesh and Lisbon - Organize special programs such as networking receptions and provide information kits to participants - Provide contingency planning for disruptions (e.g., COVID-19), including optional quarantine insurance - Maintain comprehensive general liability insurance - Requirements: - Minimum five years of experience in similar higher education programs - Demonstrated operating history with comparable clients - MWBE participation goal of 10% - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is moderate, reflecting a one-time, full-service educational travel program for a mid-sized group
