Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing air conditioning units serving the IT Server Rooms at Brooklyn College. The scope includes removal and replacement of four air handling units and associated condensing units, modification of ductwork, rigging of new roof-mounted condensing units, installation of chilled water taps, reconnection of ductwork, installation of controls, phased replacement with water-cooled units, coordination of system shutdowns, airtight patching, commissioning, and system testing and balancing.
