USSOCOM's Decision Support Center (DSC) is seeking upgrades to its IT and audio-visual infrastructure to enhance operational planning and collaboration capabilities. - Government Buyer: - United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Decision Support Center (DSC) - OEMs and Vendors: - Silicone Core (DVLED video wall) - ThinkLogical (ICT18 computers) - Crestron (control systems) - Products/Equipment Requested: - 2 DVLED video wall processors (one upgraded, one new for video floor) - 3 ThinkLogical ICT18 computers (consolidation and installation) - 1 Silicone Core DVLED video wall (approx. 4.5' x 23', 1.2-pixel pitch, using government-furnished LED panels) - 75 aluminum or metal ADA-compliant seat risers (with matching carpeting) - 75 seats (removal, reinstallation, and reupholstering if needed) - New carpeting for multiple rooms (matching Room #110) - Network switches (replacement for unified network topology) - 1 Digital Sound Processor system (primary/redundant, future expansion ready) - 2 content management systems (eight-input and six-input) - Crestron control code update (with uncompiled code provided) - Services Requested: - Audio-visual system rewiring and upgrades (identical control functionality, cable management, network installation) - System diagram updates for all equipment - Crestron control code programming (for new functionalities) - Painting of affected areas - Security management support (classified document control, inventories, personnel indoctrination, secure facility management) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Security clearances up to Top Secret/SCI required for contractor personnel - All control stations must be rewired for identical functionality - Uncompiled Crestron control code must be delivered upon completion - Project includes both IT/AV upgrades and facility improvements (seating, carpeting, painting)

PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED RFI AND DRAFT PWS FOR DETAILS.

USSOCOM has a requirement for the upgrade of its Decision Support Center network and audio/visual system.  The DSC facility is comprised of a Decision Support Theater with a synchronized control infrastructure that interfaces the audio/visual with three separate conference rooms. USSOCOM is seeking information from qualified sources to understand the capabilities to provide upgrades to the existing DSC computer and audio-visual systems as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
