Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Governor's Office of General Counsel on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to procure legal services for the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, Office of Liquidations, Rehabilitations and Special Funds. The selected law firm will represent the R&Q Reinsurance Company Receivership Estate in general liquidation matters, litigation, and collection matters.
