Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from Contractors for the Lawrenceville Lawn Pedestrian Improvements project. The work includes traffic control for vehicles and pedestrians following MUTCD and GDOT standards, erosion control BMPs such as mulch and sodding, site work including clearing, grubbing, grading, and excavation, concrete paving including curb, gutter, sidewalks, plazas, and ADA ramps, crack sealing, seal coating, thermoplastic striping, installation of a 42-inch painted handrail, removable bollards, and site clearing. All work must comply with Federal, State, and local requirements and the latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 21, 2026, and sealed bids are due by August 6, 2026.
