Description

The Georgia Procurement Registry is soliciting formal sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the West Chatham Schools Project located at 820 Pine Barren Road, Pooler, GA 31322. The selected firm will enter into a Construction Management at Risk Agreement with an initial cost limitation of approximately $187 million.
