Description

Sandy City is soliciting bids to supply 3/8-inch Bituminous Concrete Paving Material from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The pavement mix design must meet the current APWA specifications set forth in 32 12 05 Bituminous Concrete and other referenced sections. Sandy City will provide its own delivery transportation for the asphalt material, which must be available for loading at the vendor's facility as needed. An estimated 8,500 tons of material will be required, and the project may be awarded to multiple vendors due to logistical considerations. Vendors must submit a Superpave Volumetric Mix Design or a current Pre-approved Mix design certification letter as required by specification 32 12 05.
