The U.S. Embassy Tirana is seeking construction services for a comprehensive "CMR Make Ready" project at its Chief of Mission Residence (CMR): - Government Buyer: U.S. Embassy Albania, GSO/Procurement Office, US Embassy Tirana - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; all work is construction and renovation - Products/Services Requested: - Renovation of a 55 sq. meter concrete garage floor with industrial concrete flooring system - Complete guest bathroom renovation, including demolition, tiling, plumbing, shower cabin, carpentry, electrical, and painting - Painting of approximately 870 sq. meters of exterior walls, plus installation of 150 linear meters of new gutters and 50 linear meters of downspouts - Replacement and installation of stone pavers and concrete curbs on walkways, including pergola painting and fence replacement at the trash collection area - All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided by the contractor - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with safety standards and submission of performance schedules - Performance and payment bonds required at 50% of contract price - VAT included in contract value - Project duration is 6 weeks from contract award - Work hours are 8:00 to 19:00 on regular workdays - Deliverables such as construction schedules and security/insurance documents due within 10 days after award - Final acceptance and payment upon completion and inspection
