This opportunity involves the procurement and installation of advanced water filtration systems for a federal research facility: - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Naval Health Research Center (San Diego, CA) - Managed by GSA, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Contracting Branch B - OEMs and Vendors: - HALO (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) HALO 5 Whole House Water Filtration & Conditioning Systems (Part Number: H5-125) - Each system must be a new, five-stage filtration/conditioning unit suitable for whole-building water supply lines - Includes all required tanks, valves, filtration/conditioning media, bypass/isolation capability, and manufacturer-required components - Manufacturer's standard warranty required - Installation at three separate buildings, including all labor, materials, equipment, fittings, supports, transportation, supervision, permits (if required), startup, leak and operational testing, cleanup, and basic user orientation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All three systems must be quoted as a group for award consideration - Delivery required within 45 days after receipt of order for each unit - Compliance with federal regulations and vendor registration in SAM and OMS is mandatory - Emphasis on new, unused equipment and full installation services - No other OEMs or alternative products are referenced in the solicitation

Description

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Contracting Service Center, Direct Demand Division (DDD) is issuing this RFQ for one (1) group consisting of three (3) requisitions, one (1) EA on each requisitions therefore total three (3) EA, PN: H5-125, HALO 5 Whole House Water Filtration & Conditioning System. This requirement needs to meet Product Salient Characteristics and Installation Requirements.

Attached RFQ documents MUST be completed, signed and returned no later than time of RFQ closing (7/10/25 5:00 PM EDT) to be considered for award. Quotes submitted after closing date and time will not be considered for award.
