Description
The Government of Canada, through the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), intends to award a contract to First Light St. John’s Friendship Centre Inc. for community reintegration support services to Indigenous offenders under CSC supervision in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The services include cultural and spiritual support, community transition assistance, personal counselling, and reporting. The contract duration is 12 months, starting from July 22, 2026, to July 21, 2027, with an estimated value of $128,400.00 (GST/HST extra). The procurement is set aside for Indigenous suppliers with a minimum of five years experience in providing cultural and spiritual services to Indigenous offenders.
