Description

Scope of work consists of: Design and General Contractor for Construction work, Incl. demolition, new construction electrical installation, HVAC

The scope includes but is not limited to

Workshop drawings Deliverables and certificates Demolition of select interior elements, Construction of new partitions and openings, Installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, The addition of specialized safety equipment. Implementation and installation of a Purifier with HEPA filter and air flow monitor safety enclosure. This device is provided by the client Key improvements include expanding and creating wall openings for improved workflow, upgrading ventilation and installing new equipment. The renovation aims to bring the facility into compliance with current safety and operational standards, improve package handling efficiency, and ensure a safe working environment for personnel. Temporary light weight construction (tend or similar) as swing space for the operation and employees during the construction work
