BT BOCES is seeking bids for either a 1 Gb lit fiber solution or 2 strands of Dark Fiber between Broome-Tioga BOCES, 435 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY 13905, and BT BOCES LPN Building, 36 1st St, Johnson City, NY 13790. The procurement is for data transmission and/or internet access services with maximum speeds of 1024 Mbps and 2048 Mbps. This is a public work and purchase contract for public schools in New York State, governed by the State's General Municipal Law and individual school district purchasing policy. Bidders must comply with all E-rate rules including LCP and provide documentation upon request.
