The U.S. Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide and install auditorium seating and a custom-built platform for the 16th Weapons Squadron auditorium. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Nellis Air Force Base - 99th Contracting Squadron (99 CONS LGC) - Weapons School Construction Representative (WS Rep) - Products/Services Requested: - 36 vinyl-covered auditorium seats with store-away laminated desktops - Color and finish to be determined - First row mounted to existing floor; two rows mounted to new platform - Two-level wooden platform constructed with 23/32 T&G OSB sheeting, anchored to the floor - Customized dimensions per shop drawing - Platform to be carpeted (per Attachment 2) - Labor and materials for installation of seating and platform - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must protect existing flooring and walls, repair any damages - Work must be performed during normal business hours (7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, excluding Federal holidays) - Final project documentation required within 30 days of project acceptance - Delivery required within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) - Small business set-aside under NAICS code 238390 - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation or attachments.
