THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE FOR A SERVER MIGRATION SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR THE SIEMENS SYNGO.VIA SERVERS UTILIZED IN RADIOLOGY AND NUCLEAR MEDICINE FOR THE SAN DIEGO VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM: This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored.
