The Indian Health Service (IHS), Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU), is seeking vendors to provide bulk medical-grade liquid oxygen delivery and rental of reserve oxygen cylinders for the Whiteriver Indian Hospital. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Indian Health Service (IHS) - Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) - Products and Services Requested: - Bulk delivery of medical-grade liquid oxygen (estimated 6,000 CCF annually) - Rental of 12 H-size reserve oxygen cylinders for backup supply - Annual gauge inspection of bulk and reserve oxygen systems - 24/7/365 emergency delivery and hook-up services - Unique and Notable Requirements: - Services must be available around the clock, including emergency deliveries - Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Contractor must comply with FDA registration and safety standards - Online ordering and reporting capabilities are required - Annual gauge verification and inspection is mandatory - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All products and services must meet applicable codes and standards

Description

The Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) has a requirement for bulk medical gases delivery and cylinder rental services. Services include the delivery, transport, return rental of medical gas cylinders, and the procurement of bulk liquid medical oxygen. Medical gas products will need to be readily available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year which will require various delivery schedules depending on the need to prevent supply outages. The delivery of liquid medical oxygen may have two different delivery schedules which are dependent on the responsible program/office duty hours.
