This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide and serve boxed noon meals for Armed Forces applicants at the Seattle Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). - Government Buyer: - United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) - Seattle Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) - Products/Services Requested: - Daily boxed noon meals featuring sub sandwiches (ham, turkey, roast beef, veggie) - Each meal includes a 6-inch sub, chips, cookie, fruit (apple or banana), condiments, napkin, and straw - Beverages: carbonated soft drinks (diet and regular), bottled water, iced tea, and whole milk (when requested) - Meal preparation, delivery, serving, and post-meal cleaning/waste removal - Quantities: - Approximately 34 meals per day on average - Up to 100 meals on peak days - Service required Monday–Friday (excluding holidays/training), up to 28 Saturdays annually, and additional mission days (up to 2 per month) - Estimated 264 service days per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Meals must be prepared in a licensed facility - Contractor staff must comply with health, safety, and security requirements, including training and facility inspections - Service hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Waste removal and cleaning after meal service are required - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; the solicitation is open to qualified food service providers

Provide and serve Noon Meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the Seattle Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
