Description

1. Objective & Scope

The Florida Air National Guard has a requirement for the procurement, delivery, and initial commissioning of one (1) new Stationary Nitrogen Generator System. The purpose of this equipment is to provide a reliable, on-site, continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen gas to support aircraft tire service.  Procuring this system will eliminate the logistical overhead, costs, and safety hazards associated with handling recurring high-pressure cylinder deliveries.

3. Delivery, Installation, and Training

Delivery Terms: FOB Destination to 125th FW Installation/Commissioning: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary to uncrate, assemble, and commission the unit.  Training: The contractor must provide on-site operation and basic preventative maintenance training for government personnel upon successful commissioning.

4. Warranty and Documentation

The system must include a standard commercial warranty of at least one (1) year covering parts and labor against manufacturing defects. The vendor must provide complete Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals in English (both digital and physical copies upon delivery).
