This opportunity involves supplying a comprehensive range of raw subsistence (grocery and food) items to support the US Army Reserve's annual training in New York. - Government Buyer: - US Army Reserve, 1501st, DET 1 (TROY), for NYARNG at Fort Drum and Camp Smith - Products/Services Requested: - Wide assortment of grocery and food items, including: - Beverages (Capri Sun, Gatorade, Minute Maid, juices, tea, coffee) - Dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, margarine) - Bakery and bread products (bagels, various breads, rolls, muffins, cakes, waffles) - Meats and proteins (bacon, beef, chicken, sausage, turkey, eggs) - Fresh produce (apples, bananas, lettuce, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.) - Frozen foods (vegetables, potatoes, strawberries, biscuits) - Condiments and spices (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressings, pepper, salt, garlic, etc.) - Canned and dry goods (beans, pasta, rice, sauces, cornstarch, flour, sugar) - Quantities range from single units to several hundred per item - All items have specific part numbers and must be delivered as listed—no substitutions or partial quotes allowed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must quote all items exactly as listed in the AFMIS REQUEST; substitutions or partial fulfillment are not permitted - Delivery required to Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY, on a specified date to support a multi-day training event - Active SAM.gov registration required - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brand names are mandated; products are generic food and grocery items - All product details, part numbers, and quantities are provided in the attached requisition document

Description

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. The solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A026 for a firm-fixed-price services purchase order for Raw Subsistence as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for the NYARNG. Delivery to Fort Drum, NY AND Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY.

This acquisition is utilizing procedures in RFO FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business (SB) under NAICs 311991 who have an active sam.gov registration.

Drop off dates and locations are as follows

12 July: ORTC, Tank Trail Road, Ft. Drum, NY 16 July: Bldg. 505 DFAC, Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY 20 July: Bldg. 505 DFAC, Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY

Please refer to coinciding AFMIS REQUEST docs for items needed for each delivery. Documents are attached along with the SOW and RFQ for this requirement.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. 

Your offer must include the following:

1. RFQ pages 1 and 3, must be filled out.

a. By submitting a quote you are certifying that you will provide all items in the AFMIS printouts without substitution or exception.

b. On page 1 complete 17a, total amount in 24 and fill out/sign 30 a, b, c

c. On page 3 price out each delivery (line item 0001, 0002 and 0003) and  include a TOTAL price for all 3 Line ITEMS

2. Catering List of Deliverables – filled out and signed with all attachments requested.

3. Contractor UEI and/or cage code.
