This opportunity is for the supply, removal, and installation of Steelcase brand office furniture at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Honolulu, Hawaii, primarily for the 15th Operation Support Squadron and related offices. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces - 15th Operation Support Squadron (15 OSS) - 766 Enterprise Sources Squadron (766 ESS), Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI - OEMs and Vendors: - Steelcase (brand name specified and required) - Products/Services Requested: - Steelcase office furniture including: - L-shaped and straight height adjustable desks (multiple configurations, with modesty panels, cable risers, and wire clips) - Mobile box/file pedestals (lockable, with drawers) - Storage cabinets (various sizes and configurations, including combo and wardrobe cabinets) - Tables (meeting, conference, round base, flip top, mobile) - Guest chairs, lounge chairs, sofas, task chairs, and chairs with arms/casters - Book shelves, credenzas, lockers, flex/privacy screens, modesty panels - Panel walls and workstation dividers - Furniture removal, transfer, and installation services, including disposal of old furniture, cleaning, and restoration of workspaces - Quantities: - Example quantities include 34 desks, 34 mobile pedestals, 33 storage cabinets, 30 flip top tables with chairs, 10 work tables with chairs, and multiple other items as detailed in design layouts - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name justification: Only Steelcase furniture is acceptable to match existing style and design - Installation must be performed by U.S. citizens who will be escorted at all times - All work must be completed within 60 to 120 days after contract award, depending on the building and scope - Detailed design layouts and performance work statements provided as attachments - Contractor responsible for protecting existing surfaces and repairing any damages during installation/removal

Description

This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.  All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FA521526Q0016 for 15 OSS Furniture.  

The solicitation will be for the removal, transfer and movement of existing furniture systems and the installment of modern furniture pieces in Building 2050, Building 2140 Room 169, and Building 2040 Room 183 to include desks, pedestals, cabinets, tables, screens, panels and other modular components IAW PWS. See design layout for more detail. 

This will be a brand name solicitation for Steelcase products IAW brand name justification.
