This opportunity seeks contractors to provide Catholic Religious Support Services for the 22d Air Refueling Wing Chapel at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 22d Air Refueling Wing, 22 ARW Chapel, McConnell AFB - Services Requested: - Catholic Priest: Comprehensive ministry including Mass, sacraments, pastoral care, religious education oversight, and community programming - Catholic Religious Education Director: Develop and manage religious education programs, maintain sacramental records, oversee volunteers and curriculum - Catholic Music Director/Musician: Provide liturgical music, choir direction, rehearsals, and music program management for all Catholic services - Quantities: - Each position is required for one individual, with services contracted annually and renewable for up to four option years - Unique Requirements: - All personnel must meet certification and experience standards set by the Archdiocese for the Military Services - Services require 20 hours of weekly coverage, including weekends and special services - Emphasis on compliance with security, conduct, and quality assurance standards - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are involved; this is a service-based procurement - The contract is fixed-price and covers a base year plus four option years

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 22nd Contracting Squadron is searching for qualified vendors who can provide Catholic Religious Support Services at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas.

The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform the duties of:

Catholic Priest Catholic Religious Education (RE) Director Catholic Music Director/Musician

The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive Catholic religious support, including the planning and execution of worship services, religious education programs, and musical direction, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must ensure all personnel meet the specific qualifications and responsibilities detailed in the PWS for each role.

As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine if an adequate number of qualified interested contractors exist that are capable of providing the requirement in Wichita, Kansas. The Government may use the responses to this Request for Information( RFI) for information and planning purposes.

This Request for Information is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.

Responses to this Request for Information are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this RFI.

All information received in response to this RFI will be marked as "Proprietary" and will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition-sensitive information contained in their response.

Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Request for Information (RFI). 22 CONS/PKA will not pay for information received in response to this RFI.
