This opportunity is released by the 413th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), under the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, AMC, ACC, for the INDOPACOM Infrastructure & Distribution Contested Logistics Demonstration. - Government Buyer: - 413th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), 8th Theater Sustainment Command (8TSC) - Scope of Work: - Integration of U.S. Army materiel into commercial ERP systems - Cataloging 50 non-ITAR parts for inventory traceability and packaging compliance - Physical processing of 10 cataloged parts, including pick, pack, ship, and transient storage (not exceeding 10 days) - Operations span 3 CONUS and 5 OCONUS warehouses, with a primary node near the Port of Brisbane, Australia, and final delivery to Bandiana MILPO, Australia - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with Australian laws and regulations - No handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) - Demonstration must use commercial logistics network providers - Emphasis on transient storage and rapid throughput - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are named in the solicitation - The contract period is six months from award, with options for up to 12 additional months for follow-on activities
Description
The 413th CSB is publishing the formal solicitation for the INDOPACOM Infrastructure & Distribution Contested Logistics Demonstration under the solicitation number W91QVP-26-Q-A700. This Solicitation will utilize the framework of the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) in accordance with DFARS 212.70 and RFO 5.201. Please read the attached Master Solicitation Package and ensure that the procedures for Phase 1 of the Solicitation are followed. After completion of Phase 1 at the solcitiation closing date of 10 July 2026, the 413th CSB will evaluate received proposals and qualified offerors will proceed to Phase 2 of the Solicitation process following notification from the Contracting Officer. Thereafter, qualified and selected offerors will proceed to Phase 3 of the Solicitation IAW the procedures listed within the Master Solicitation Package. Unsuccessful offerors will be notified by the Contracting Officer following the Phase 1 and Phase 2 evaluations. Please ensure that the Statement of Objectives within the CSO Master Solicitation Package is understood and that your initial proposals IAW Phase 1 of the solicitation reflect that understanding. Questions to the Contracting Officer regarding this CSO Solicitation are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 3 JULY 2026 at 0900 HST.
