Description

This is a Non-Personal Firm Fixed requirement for a simulated Mass Causality Incident (MCI) Active Shooter Exercise in accordance with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to provide the simulated exercise for Altoona / James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602.
