THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The intent of the announcement is to identify capable sources that are qualified for a new contract for PROGRAM OFFICE, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Identified sources should be capable of fulfilling the requirements described herein. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
Requirement: This notice is issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Western Acquisition Division and Office of Law Enforcement to identify sources capable of providing the following: Body armor in accordance with the specifications listed in the attached Statement of Need.
Anticipated Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base year and one (1) option year, August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2028. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated for award.
