This opportunity is issued by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (Department of the Navy, NAVSEA) for the rental of one portable, self-contained abrasive blast enclosure to be used at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Office (Code 410.2), Project TSZM (Code 230) - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of one (1) portable, self-contained abrasive blast enclosure (approx. 25'L x 9'W x 9.5'H) - Must be weatherproof, transportable, abrasion-resistant, with 1/4" steel plate floor, swing-out doors, blast pot passthrough, end-to-end ventilation, purpose-built lighting, forklift pockets, and certified lifting points - Operates on 460 VAC 3-Phase 60 Hz, UL listed - Optional integrated dust collection system (up to 4,000 CFM, MERV-15 or better filters, pneumatic pulse jet cleaning, magnehelic gauge, hopper dumping to 55-gallon drums) - Services: - Delivery, start-up, commissioning, operator training - Preventative maintenance, weekly inspections, and repair services (12-hour response, replacement within 24 hours if unrepairable) - Technical documentation: Equipment Technical Manual, Personnel Roster, Maintenance Support Plan, Maintenance Service Reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Rapid repair response (12 hours) and replacement equipment if repairs exceed 24 hours - Weekly maintenance and inspection reports - All technical specification sheets and compliance checklists must be completed by vendors - Set aside for SBA-eligible small businesses - All equipment and services must meet detailed safety, electrical, and operational standards - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; vendors must meet or exceed the technical specifications.

Period of Performance: 10/02/2026 - 06/03/2027 (35 Weeks) Option Period of Performance: 06/04/2027 – 07/01/2027 (4 Weeks) Place of Performance: Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, California
