This solicitation is issued by Montgomery County Government to contract with a qualified transportation management consulting firm. The firm will provide services on a fixed hourly rate basis including planning, analysis, engineering design, system integration, software maintenance/development, and related services to supplement in-house staff. Services include Intelligent Transportation Systems Engineering, program/project management, software planning and deployment, consulting for ATMS deployment, and management of software licenses and hardware maintenance.
