Montgomery County Government is soliciting proposals for Information Technology, Reporting and Analysis, Policy Consulting, and Marketing and Outreach Services to support the Department of Permitting Services (DPS) in fulfilling DOE grant objectives related to energy code compliance reporting and process improvements.
