The U.S. Navy's Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking vendors for the installation and ongoing maintenance of facility intercom communications and camera systems at VRM-40, Norfolk, VA. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, N008 NAE Readiness Department - Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron VRM-40, Building LP-27, Norfolk - Products Requested: - New installation of wired intercom speakers throughout squadron spaces - Three wired base stations for intercom communication - Multiple two-way speakers with microphones and call buttons - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for intercom and camera systems (minimum one hour emergency use) - Flight line and hangar bay color cameras with PTZ and low light enhancement (4K or better) - Three video base stations for camera control and monitoring - Digital camera recording system with minimum seven days continuous storage and incident reporting capability - Services Requested: - Semi-annual preventive maintenance for intercom and camera systems (including software updates, cleaning, inspections, and weatherproofing) - Emergent repair services with 24-hour response and 72-hour restoration - Removal of old analog intercom system and installation of new digital system - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must provide new equipment only, with manufacturer warranties - Mandatory site visit required for eligibility to quote - Delivery required ASAP or within 30 days after order receipt - Maintenance visits scheduled during normal business hours - Quotes must include pricing, shipping, and country of origin - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or models are listed; technical specifications are detailed in the Statement of Work.

Description

A Site visit will be conducted on 1 July 2026. In order to quote on the Solicitation you must notify the POC in the statement of work to attend the site vist. Only vendors that attend the site visit are able to quote on the Solicitation. Please see the Attachments for the Statement of Work and Clauses and Provisions.
