Description

The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of award for modification W31P4Q-25-D-0010 P00007. This modification increases the PrSM FY 25-32 IDIQ production contract ceiling and extends the ordering period.

The ACC – RSA awarded a modification to the PrSM production contract previously awarded on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), -- “Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and/or Unacceptable Delays”. The increase raises the total award amount by $8,402,489,648 from $4,937,045,400 to $13,339,535,048. The period of performance is extended through FY32.
