The City of Unalaska is seeking Statements of Qualification from qualified engineering and/or architectural firms to provide professional roofing assessment, design, bidding, and construction administration services for a phased roof replacement and rehabilitation program. The program involves approximately twenty-seven municipal buildings requiring various levels of roof rehabilitation, replacement, drainage improvements, waterproofing upgrades, and related roof improvements. The city has completed initial roof condition assessments and anticipates implementing projects over multiple fiscal years as funding becomes available. The selected consultant will assist with roof assessments, design, bidding, construction administration, and program management over an anticipated ten-year period.
