Description
The Government of New Brunswick (GNB), through Service New Brunswick (SNB), is seeking to establish a Contract of Supply (COS) arrangement for the provision of power distribution units (PDU), accessories, and services. The contract scope is limited to PDUs and related components, excluding items outside these categories. The contract term is three years with up to seven optional one-year renewals. Higher purchasing volumes are expected during the first two years due to Clinical Information System implementation activities, with volumes stabilizing thereafter. Pricing must be in Canadian dollars and based on a minimum percentage discount off the current Canadian published list price, with discounts firm for the contract duration.
