The City of Menifee is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair services for all municipal facilities. - Government Buyer: - City of Menifee, Finance Department (Purchasing Division) - Scope of Services: - Routine quarterly preventative maintenance for HVAC systems - Annual chiller maintenance - Emergency repair services - Inspections and detailed reporting for all city facilities, including City Hall, police and fire stations, community centers, and maintenance operations centers - Delivery and pickup of equipment or supplies, provision of necessary supplies, and all associated labor - Contract Structure: - Annual contract with a maximum term of three years - Two optional one-year renewal periods (up to five years total) - Fixed pricing for the initial three years; services may be added or removed with 30 days' notice - Requirements: - Licensed HVAC technicians - Adherence to safety and environmental regulations, including compliance with emissions and climate pollutant reduction legislation (Senate Bill 1383) - Electronic proposal submission via PlanetBids portal - Compliance with insurance and non-collusion certifications - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are named; opportunity is open to all qualified vendors

Description

The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from experienced parties qualified to provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for the City’s facilities as well as for declared emergencies. The services include maintenance, delivery/pickup, supplies, and associated labor. The contract term is annual with a maximum of three years plus two optional one-year renewal terms. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s PlanetBids Vendor/Bidding Portal.
