Description

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to determine if the inspection, maintenance, and repair services for Aquastore leachate storage tanks are available from multiple providers or if an alternative exists that meets the County's needs. The County believes the service is available from a sole source, Florida Aquastore & Utility Construction Inc. Vendors are requested to provide information about their ability to supply the described services, including documentation contesting the sole source designation. The Director of Purchasing will decide on comparability and notify vendors of the decision, which is not subject to appeal.
