This Request for Information (RFI) aims to determine if postage services, including leasing USPS-authorized postage metering equipment and high-speed sorting services, are available from multiple providers or if a sole source is necessary. The County currently considers Pitney Bowes Inc. as the sole source for these services. The RFI seeks information from prospective vendors about their ability to provide these services or to contest the sole source designation.
