Description

The City of Bryan is soliciting proposals from new or previously-certified nonprofit Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) eligible to receive CHDO set-aside funds under the City of Bryan HOME Investment Partnerships Program funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose is for the development of affordable rental or homeowner housing in Bryan for program years 2025-2026. The City intends to select one or more CHDOs to provide the services outlined in the Request for Proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically or as sealed hard copies by July 17, 2026, with an opening via Zoom on the same day.
