Description

Tarrant County is seeking proposals from vendors to provide marketing services for various County Departments. The contract term is twelve months from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Services include strategic planning, production, media placement, research, creative development, and outreach for public awareness campaigns. Vendors must comply with County policies, provide detailed project timelines and budgets, and maintain records for audits. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
