Instructions, specifications, and proposal forms are available for download from the City of Passaic website. Proposals must be made on the standard proposal form provided, accompanied by a proposal guarantee of 10% of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000. Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue, State of New Jersey, for a Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award.
